How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders of $75 or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $5.95.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know.

How do I choose my size?

Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing, so measuring a favorite garment you own is the best way to find your perfect fit.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

We'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because production starts quickly, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After production begins we're unable to make changes.

How do I care for my garments?

Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
